1. I am forbidden from communicating with NBC, and the judge and CNN said I’d “go to jail” if I did.

2. Every single time “offshore winds” or “offshore flow” are predicted for L.A. or used to describe current weather, onshore winds are dominant on the ground, where people live. It’s factual, verifiable, empirical, objective science.

3. NBC is not a science station, and it does not listen or investigate what Ph.D. science professors tell them, WHO LIVE IN L.A.: they haven’t even tried or come to the beach to see the onshore winds, and refuse to look at the official wind records showing West winds. They made their choices to ignore them, and that’s why we can write the aria, “Out to Sea” about their wishful thinking.

4. I want readers to understand why NBC is failing as a company, and Ben Silverman should feel 100% free of responsibility for it, to see what prefaced his shows, and grasp how the audience was sent away. L.A. is a chunk of the U.S. TV market, and the “Locals Only” campaign rejects viewers all over the U.S.

I can’t think of a sophisticated song for my own character in the musical (and I want it to be someone with a beautiful voice like Penny’s, drhorrible.com), and that’s the point.SDC11649
My message was so simple:
Come see the sea,
Come feel the breeze,
Do you know directions,
Or do you have an infection?

I’m not sure if O.D.D. or C.D.D. came first.
(Offshore Dyslexic Dysfunction or Corporate Dyslexic Dysfunction, both contagious viruses).

If we can’t get Joss Whedon to write the music for it, maybe Dan Fenarty can. Now, he’s a gifted klezmer.
